ORDERS:

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details. Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed and cannot be canceled. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.  

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it's been submitted since we aim to process all orders as soon as possible. If you have any questions about your order, please email info@citybeach.com

For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return. 

PROMOTION CODES & DISCOUNTS:

The promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order. You must be logged into your account to apply the code to your order. Only one promo code can be used per order, and in some cases codes may only be redeemed once. Promo codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed, or applied to a previous purchase. All promo codes are available for a limited time and while supplies last. Expired codes are no longer valid and cannot be used. Promotional codes have no cash value.

When checking out on a mobile device the promo or discount code must be entered at checkout under order summary.

Only promo codes and discounts provided by City Beach are valid at checkout.

DIGITAL GIFT CARDS:

HOW DO I REDEEM A DIGITAL GIFT CARD?

The digital gift card code must be entered in the gift card/discount box at checkout before placing the order. Digital gift card codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

When checking out on a mobile device the gift card code must be entered at checkout under order summary. Digital gift card codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

DO DIGITAL GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?

No, digital gift cards do not expire.

WHAT IF I LOSE THE DIGITAL GIFT CARD EMAIL?

We typically do not replace lost or stolen digital gift cards. However please feel free to email us at info@citybeach.com with the name and email of the purchaser and, in some cases, we may be able to help.

CAN DIGITAL GIFT CARDS BE RELOADED?

Unfortunately, digital gift cards cannot be reloaded.

CAN MORE THAN ONE DIGITAL GIFT CARD BE USED TOWARDS A PURCHASE?

Yes, you can redeem another digital gift card during checkout.

HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE?

If the digital gift card is associated with your account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. If you do not have an account email us at info@citybeach.com with the name used on the order and we will let you know your balance.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE EMAIL FOR MY DIGITAL GIFT CARD CODE?

When you purchase a digital gift card, it will typically be emailed to you within hours if the order only contains the digital gift card. If you ordered a digital gift card as well as physical products, you will receive your digital gift card via email when the physical products ship.

CAN I CANCEL THE PURCHASE OF A DIGITAL GIFT CARD?

You may not cancel your digital gift card once it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a digital gift card order prior to its delivery should contact info@citybeach.com.

City Beach digital gift cards are not returnable.

CAN DIGITAL GIFT CARDS BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?

Yes, digital gift cards are a form of payment.
